In the first chapter of the journey we create space to see, befriend and meet what is blocking us.
Expression Session
I teach how to use collage to unearth blocks and create a wider vision for what you are wanting to expand in to. This is a practice that connects us to abundance, grounds us in the present and allows us to create with the unknown.

Your sexual centre carries ancient patterning, that in this final chapter we work together to reclaim, release and reinvigorate this sacred part of you.
Supported self pleasure is a pathway to deep healing, held by Sex and relating coach Andrea Balboni this practice give you permission to create a new relationship with your own self pleasure.
Taking this journey with other women is a dynamic way to build community, evolve and grow together.
Three sharing circles in between each body session are here to support, nourish and create space for questions, reflections and to express what is coming up together. We learn from our own journey as well as others.

I have been on a journey of discovery, adventure and renewal and at the core of it was my relationship to my sexuality and my erotic intelligence.
I was held by many women on this pathway of reclamation, and as well as me holding space for you, I am collaborating with three potent coaches, channels and space holders to guide you in the body based relating that compliments the creative exploration I will guide you through.
