Your first assignment is to rest, reflect and receive…
As we sit in these last days before the equinox, this is an invitation to take time to reflect, rest and receive, that is all, until out first live call.
This will prepare you, for when we meet to collage with the subconscious.
I have created this guided visualisation, to encourage you to cultivate a state of trust, guidance to weave a golden web of gratitude and to allow you to rest in the plump abundance of the present moment you can create at any time.
From this place of bounty you are invited to see how far you have come, bless your journey so far and begin to softly visualise what it is you are wanting to birth in these next 12 months.
Take time to create a sacred space in your living room or bedroom.
Light candles, scent the space with herbs or essential oils, create a nest and receive this guided visualisation.
There are journal prompts for you to reflect on after the visualisation.

Solar Self Touch
This is a gorgeous practice to recharge and receive. Find a spot of sunshine and some bare skin, ground down and then create a circuit of breath within your body and charge your system with solar powered pleasure. There is a guided session in the audio below and the video is an illustration of me moving through the breath and touch session.
You are in control, take this at your own pace. All of these exercises are an invitation. Welcome what emotions comes, everything is welcome.

Call One - Collage With the Subconscious
Call time 2.5 hrs - Take breaks, hydrate and move your body while you watch.

For this you will need some space to move, materials to collage, paper, magazines, glue scissors and any mark making materials you want to work with.

Session 2 - Beliefs and Desire with Darshna Parmar
Call time 1.5 hours
Have a journal with you, some water and some space to move.
Join us in some embodiment to ground in to the space, a guided visualisation to explore your personal desire-scape and then a guided meditation to connect you with your arousal point with Darshna Parmar of The Conscious Womb Birthing School
Move, hydrate and take breaks through this session, and hydrate afterwards.
Pay attention to dreams after this meditation. If you are watching the replay, journal what came up for you in the visualisation and the meditation.

Your Saboteur Ritual
You will need…
As we close out this first chapter of BELIEFS this ritual is an honouring of your saboteur, and an opportunity to embody and reclaim the energy of resistance that is stored within this thought form. This ritual is an opportunity to FEEL all the associated emotions to do with this aspect of your psyche, you can embody and move through these sensations and cleanse, vocalise and release any pent up frustration, and soothe your body with pleasure afterwards.
The ritual itself is just over 30 minutes, I would recommend taking at least 15 minutes afterwards to integrate and journal to catch any reflections and approach the journalling questions below.
Once you are done with the ritual take the pieces of your saboteur collage outside and in a safe way burn them.
Pay attention to your dreams in the following days.

Own the selfishness of your wanting, celebrate how through wanting what you want it fills you up. Then how does that spill out to others through how you can serve from your fullness?

Create an Altar to Your Desires….and speak them clearly every day.
Create a space where you can place your talisman of desire, dress it with flowers, objects that symbolise sensuality, abundance and the things you are wanting to grow. Then speak your desires in this place daily.
Optional Practice
Deepest Fear Inventory.
This is taken from Carolyn Elliot’s amazing book “Existential Kink” it is an amazing journey of shadow work and I highly recommend it and Carolyn’s teachings.
This exercise helps you to exercise your deepest fears you can do this around intimacy, erotic expression, stepping in to your soul path what ever fear you want to clear and just get bored of how repetitive and annoying they are. This will help to shift the charge they hold so you can release and break through them.
Give it a try, see what emerges from the depths.

Here is is your pleasure practice to nourish, tend and nurture yourself.
This is a ritual of bathing, self touch and self tending. If you feel far from your turn on this is a way to reconnect with your body, enjoy sensation based and slow touch. This can hold space for the emotion that may be calling to be felt, without judgement. Doing this in the bath helps us to feel supported and you can ask the water to wash any heavy emotion away.

What you will need for the session…
A small bowl of natural oil with some essential oil within
Four small candles (tea lights are ideal)
A pot of herbal tea and a sweet treat for after the ritual
Your Journal to catch reflections and write on your experience, I will be guiding you through some journalling.
Space to move, and private and a speaker for sound
Blankets and cushions to rest with afterwards
Some integration time for after the session
I invite you to dress in a way that makes you feel sensual, and powerful, adorn your body in a way that celebrates your form and feeling of empowered sensuality.
This ritual is designed to welcome in your eros, to create communication and conversation between your visualisation, imagination and to ground it through your body.
Ritual has been used for centuries to move through, honour and create altered states that can transition and transform us, it is something we have forgotten and this ritual is created to help you Remember the power of your body as a tool for expression and creation.
This is an opportunity for you to travel through different emotional states connected to your sensual expression.
Parts of us can get left behind, after traumatic events, relationship breakdowns or simply over time we can clarify, shut out and block our true nature.
Ritual is a space for you to commune with different aspects of your sensual nature and celebrate these wild and wonderful parts of your soul.
Embodiment rituals are a way to reconnect and energise your psyche and physical body with the elixir of your unique eros, your life force.
This practice was learned through and inspired by a dear teacher and guide of mine Melissa Tofton.

Your Pleasure Practice
Sensual Embodiment
To echo the Ritual I encourage you to commit to a daily embodiment practice.
We are taught to be in our bodies in structured ways, through sport, and specified leisure activities, but letting our bodies guide us to how they want to be moved is a way to come home to the natural capacity our body has to translate and express emotion and deepens how we connect to our senses. Embodiment helps us inhabit the full intelligence of our consciousness and marries it with the body.
There are so many gifts we can receive when we begin to engage with our bodies in a way that is without rules, and invites our bodies to process and enjoy the pure “is-ness” of our being. Embodiment practices help to connect us to our flow and our aliveness in the moment. When we move and let our bodies guide us, the fascia of the body helps to release stored emotion, it is a powerful way to process emotions, and creates a way for us to express emotion without attaching it to an external source. We can simple express without attaching to outcomes, or reactions and clear space for more vitality and presence through this practice.
This is sensual embodiment is an empowering practice to enjoy and deepen the awareness of the senses and emotional connection to your body.
I suggest ten minutes each day as this is manageable to start with and build up to a longer session of 30 minutes.
You can go deeper the longer you move in to the practice, you can also try it with a blind fold and with eyes closed vs open. You can also watch yourself in a mirror, use this as foreplay for self pleasure, experiment and make it your own!
Let the music move you and connect with sensation, breath and flow, simply become the body and breath, allow yourself to FEEL.

Session 4 - Sensual Yoga and Heart Puja with Rosy Moon
Session time 1 hr and 30mins
Rosy takes us through some sensual yoga flow and leads us in the practice of the Heart Puja.
You will need some space to move and some natural oil for the breast massage.
Enjoy this time to connect and recognise yourself as embodiment of the Goddess.

As we begin to spiral out how can observing ourselves assist in shifting the perceptions we hold of who we are, have been and want to become?
This practice of self witness has opened the doors to my sensual empowerment, helped me to find voice and has taken a personal practice and seeded in to my professional work.
I share with you some of my silent and historical female Mentors who have held the torch for me as I have found my way creating with my authentic voice.
What fears do I have around being seen?

When you think of being seen, in your sensuality, in your creative power, expressing your authentic self, what comes up?
What judgments are lodged in your inner dialogue?

I encourage you to tap in to this frequently, tune in to your body through heart and vulva. Slow down, breathe feel and dialogue with your body. Making space to listen, clear and receive your touch without the expectation to orgasm can help to it can help to draw out and clear stagnant emotions held in both the heart and vulva and rei-mprint with deep loving touch through your hands.
You can do this at the start of the day, before bed or at any time you want to drop in, connect deeply and hold your body and connect.
The practice takes approx 15 minutes, you can adapt to suit you, the power is in your hands.
